Review for Sherwood Lake Apartments

I moved in here during the winter. Sidewalk and stairs were always shoveled and salted by 6am. Maintenance is always on top of things. They never enter your apartment without permission. Hallways and common areas are cleaned weekly. Staff is very friendly. Apartments are quiet, I didn't even know I had upstairs neighbors until they were moving out! I see cops partoling the area every once in awhile, but there is a guarded entrance at night time so it is very safe. Even the night guard is friendly! He makes you smile every time your drive through! Pet owners are a bit inconsiderate and some do not clean up after their dogs. The only reason I am leaving after my lease is up is because I have a second dog now(a friend is watching it for me), and you cannot have 2 dogs here. :(
