Review for Jackson Park Apartments

the new management has no clue what is going on. and when you tell them they say they will check on but never get back with you. maintance sucks. appliances must be 10 years old. garbage disposal is out of date. they dont mind puting money in it as long as it is not for a rental already rented. the outside is starting to look better than the inside. the saying you pay for what you get is not at all in affect here. you pay good money for owners new vehicles. we should feel great that they can get around in nice vehicles to collect rent. maybe we should be late on rent so we can get answers. owner didnt even know the apartment we rented was even rented. again didnt mind gettin our money though.
