We lived in a 2 bedroom apartment on Nicholas Ct. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we loved out golf course view. The staff in the office are professional and helpful. The apartments are clean and nice, but there is NO insulation in the floors. We could hear every word spoken by the tenants in the apartment below us. We can hear what show they are watching, and when they are cooking dinner. Only move in here if you can put up with lots of noise!!!

We lived in a duplex on Nicholas Court in Seymour. It was very spacious,clean an well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and the few times we called the office for maintenance it was handled very promptly. I would highly recommend leasing from this company

I will not get on here and write a good review for Arthur Properties to boost our rating like some landlords might do but, I actually work for Arthur Properties and coming from a staff perspective I feel we take care of our tenants. If we get a complaint and it is something a rental agent can take care of we do and immeadiatly. If it is maintenace and we have to wait on the maintenace crew it might take a few days but we will take care of it. If any tenant feels we are not doing all that we can we will gladly listen to any suggestions and remedy any problem. The Arthur's are good ppl who care about their tenants!
