Great as long as you are a maintenance man... ( over a year ago )

Reviewed by: Anonymous
These apartments looked fantastic when we first moved in, my only complaint was that there was a huge crack in the fridge shelf so I couldn't use it without breaking it. When I asked them to repair they were rude to me and told me that they are like that in all of the apartments and they would have to order it. A month later I got a knock on the door from the maintenance man who ran his mouth the entire time it took him to pull one shelf out and slide the other one in. God forbid he had to do his job. Another serious issue I have had here is that they have no noise control policy. I have had to listen to my neighbors fight and stomp around 24 hours a day and all the apartments do is tell you to call the cops. OMG! and my favorite thing of all, My upstairs neighbor's dog pees on there balcony which drains right down onto my patio and the apartments did absolutely nothing when i complained. There is no longer a park here and the basketball goal is broken...the pool is ALWAYS closed for maintenance...needless to say I am disappointed that I moved in here. On top of everything, they had the nerve to raise rent...what are they doing that they need MORE money from me?! But on the upside, the office staff is always very polite...
