Apartment Review for Martin Estates Apartments

Lazy, rude staff. The buildings are cheap as is the work maintenance performs. The apartment was dirty and had to be cleaned when I moved in. Cars stolen, 3 people arrested in my building alone, 2 were drug related. The children play in the dumpsters and run in front of the cars. The whole place is rundown and in need of serious work. Mold, dirty carpeting, roaches. <P>
