Review for Arches Apartments

I was very impressed with the super at the complex. Even though she oversees Arches and Arches II, she still recognizes me, and always responds to maintenance requests. Our microwave was getting old and not cooking well, and instead of just keeping it to save a buck because it technically worked (eventually), she replaced it. The maintence guy always fixes what we ask, including our entire lock when we had dificulties getting the key to turn when we moved in. Even when neighbors have parties, you rarely hear them, must be thicker walls than some places. Living in Arches next year (the 2 bedroom counterpart of Arches II) because you can beat the attention you get from this super - she sends us e-mails and has made us cookies!
