Review for River Market Apartments

I had kived at this place for nearly three years. For the first year and a half, the management was unresponsive and slow in accomplishing task. The second year and a half i lived here, the management changed and becaome much faster in accomplishing tasks. However, the new management also instated many ridiculous uneeded rules and programs which just wasted my money (in the form of increased rent). i.e. parking regulations, a monthly newsletter that was professionally made and uninformative, monthly "get to know your neighbors" events and so on... There have just been countless number of things that the management was unwilling to work out with me. Basically, they have instated all of these rules which they inforce with an iron fist. i believe that it is this iron fist that causes many people to only live there a year and then get the hell out of Dodge.
