Just know that this place will NEVER give back your deposit and will charge you more when you move out. They don't fix things from the previous tenant and keep re-charging every new tenant for the same gross carpets, dirty walls, etc. Our carpeting had fleas when we moved in. nice. They will tell you that they video the apartments when you move out. If you are goofy enough to rent there, make a list of all damages, make two copies and make them sign it. Then, INSIST that you are there when you move out to go through the checklist. Otherwise, you get what you deserve. We ended up being charged a total of $1,700. Our friends were charged $2,000 and the place is still a dump.
