Review for Willowbrook West Apartments

These apartments are a joke! My daughter lived there for a year and a half and it was one problem after another and nothing ever gets fixed.

Internet service is horrible. They'll tell you that they are upgrading or servicing the apartment complex and you need to wait until they get to your building, but that never happens. Then when you call back they act like they don't know what your talking about.

Apartment was suppose to be clean and fresh paint. None of that was done. Someone had used the toilet over the summer and never flushed. Gets pretty gross after a couple of months. Carpets weren't clean and the walls hadn't been painted. After a month and a half they cleaned part of the apartment carpeting, but no painting.

The maintenance crew is a little shady. They look like a bunch of parolees.

The shuttle service...well there is one but you better get there 20 minutes ahead because the driver may decide he wants to leave early or at hte beginning of the semesters it gets filled up.

I could go on and on....I don't have time. My advise to you: DON'T RENT FROM WILLOWBROOK WEST!
