Review for Lincoln Manor Apartments

I lived at Lincoln Manor from May of 2006-July of 2007. My apartment had been totally remodeled before I moved in with new carpet, new linoleum, new light fixtures, new bath fixtures, new kitchen appliances, etc. The previous tenant had trashed the place, so I really lucked out! The rent was reasonable compared to similar complexes in the area. The on-site manager must have been a personal friend of the owner's because she really was too old to take care of her responsibilities. In fact, I'm not exactly sure what she did?? She hired someone to clean the apartments and to take care of any maintenance requests. Besides being a grumpy old woman and constantly complaining about her current ailment, she did take care of my requests. Overall, I enjoyed my time living at Lincoln Manor.
