Review for Kelley Property Management Apartments

Everything about the management is unacceptable. The desk attendants, along with the landlord, always have a bad attitude and don't work with your requests. They charge us money when we DON'T use a check. What century are these people living in? I think they only know me because I'm always busting their balls.

Maintenace is never done properly or timely. I asked them to fix the smoke detector between apartments and the landlord told me to remove the batteries! (WHICH IS ILLEGAL) I should have contacted the BBB with this information. Previous tenants left junk outside my window and by the time they came to remove it, we had already disposed of it.

They tried to stiff us one month and told us that we had missed a payment. After we had received verbal confirmation that we had in fact, paid on time, they still sent us notices and expected us to pay. They got a nasty tenant in their office with a bank statement showing the transaction.

NEVER live in one of Kelley Property's apartments.

The cheap price isn't worth it after all the time and effort you have put in to keeping on top the bastard landlord. As a member of the New Hire Network for one of the largest businesses in town, I will never recommend this property management to our employees.
