wouldnt fix any thing, and keeps security deposit even if you leave the apartment better then when you rented it. Living at a campground is actually a better deal then this ass hole of a slum lord ! At least at a camp ground they cut the grass and actually sincerely listen to your concerns. :WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM KELLEY MANAGEMENT THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE.
