Review for Pointe Apartments

I agree with the first comment. I lived in the Brownstone as well. They look very nice because they are new. But the workman ship is crappy everything started to fall apart within 6 months of moving in. Nobody cleans up after their dog you have to be very careful of where you step. The staff is horrible. They never pick up the phone when you call in and it is hard to get them to do anything. The garbage dumpster is a compactor it is very loud and the drainage from the garbage drains right into the parking lot.

The apartments are nice if you don't need the staff to do anything for you and you don't mind the grounds being poorly maintained.

They are also buidling a Clubhouse that was suppose to be done in November well they are still working on it.
