Review for Pointe Apartments

I have lived at The Pointe for about a year and hate it! I can not wait until my lease is up. The apartments are not insulated very well, the management is horrible. No one knows the answers to any question you ask. The maintenance stuff is very friendly, but it takes them a couple times to get the job done right and also about a week to response for needs. My neighbors apartment flooded every time it rain for about two months and the staff stated mulitple times the situation was fixed when it really wasn't. I would not recommend living here. Run away fast!
