the apartment dryer was out of service for about 5 weeks, carpet had some kind of urine on it and it started to smell, maintenance tried to fix it and left the carpet pulled up and the smell was still there. and management was baffled why we would want to break our lease!!! neighbors had truck broke into, sex offeders live in this complex
