I lived here about 4 years ago and just moved back to the area. I decided to go back to the Alexis because I didnt want to apartment search all over again but mostly because I know there isnt another place this nice that isnt income restricted anywhere around.
They got bought out over the summer I guess because everything is so much better now. Ive had 2 maintenece issues since I moved in in July and they were both taken care of the same day. When I went on vacation for 3 weeks, the staff were nice enough to hold my mail and packages for me. The people who work there are really nice and the free social hour for residents every Friday is the best!
Although it may be the most expensive apartment building around, its also the nicest and Id highly recomend anybody who is looking to move here.
I lived at Alexis for 7 months and it was a great place.It's a nice complex and the management and staff work hard to keep it that way! Very attentive and very nice people! You'll love it!
