Apartment Reviews for Indian Ridge - Davenport

I moved here in June of 2008. the apt is real nice. I have a one bedroom and i love my walk in closet. I had a leak from the celing, but it did rain for three days straight and they came right over to look at it. the only beef i have is the parking. they gvie you permits, but outsiders still take our parking spots and some times they get a warning, but not enough. Even with that i would tell people to move here.

I moved here June 10th, 2008 from bettendorf. I thought that since it had alot of apts there would be lots of noise, but its pretty quiet. They fix things right away. when i moved in the apt was nice and clean. the rent is pretty good as well. i pay less for this one than i did for my (smaller) one in Bett.
