Review for J & J Real Estate Apartments

If you want to party 24/7 this is the place to be. The management doesn't hassle you at all. Residents like to pull hilarious pranks like urinating in the clothes dryers and J&J doesn't seem to mind. The apartments are spacious and any time there is a mechanical problem the maintenance is very good. The walls could use some paint and the carpet could use cleaning, but it's pretty much standard for college town apartment living. If you like quiet and tranquility, stay away from here. But if you love to get drunk and party endlessly, pound your girlfriend up in the elevator and just generally act like a maniac - run don't walk to Grandview Terrace.
