Overall nice community. Only negative is management sharing personal information about other residents; gossip and other information, probably typical with maintaining relationships.

Never, ever be even a day late. Some folks can be and get the standard 3 day notice, while others get served even if they call and try to work it out. Stressful. Just pay your bills on time and you'll be happy as a lark.
