Madison At Wood View can be found off of I-35, conveniently located near a number of restaurants and shops like Target, Walmart, and Houlihan's. The premises is only two miles away from the Kansas University Medical Center and is a quick commute to downtown. The city is no more than 8 miles away. Some reviewers are dissatisfied with maintenance requests and the amount of time it can take them to complete repairs. Malvern Hill Apartments makes getting to the University of Kansas Medical Center and Hospital a cinch with them right next door. Tenants take advantage of the Metro Bus Line to get to their desired locations. Shopping is easy to come by at these apartments with Costco, Walmart, and Walgreen's being so close by. Royal Ridge Apartments stands by I-670 and I-70. Situated in-between Delaware Park and Eisenhower Park, residents appreciate scenic views and enjoy two great spots for activities. There are plenty of stores like Kmart and Dollar Tree around the area making it easy for residents to shop. There's a line of fast food restaurants where renters can easily stop for a quick meal. Situated on Booth Place, the property is close to the University of Kansas Hospital and Medical Center and provides great housing for medical students and staff. Two parks surround the complex with Rosedale Park and Mt. Marty Park providing great places to exercise or to get a nature fix. One reviewer expressed how pleasant it has been to live there and how friendly management is. The apartments provide fantastic housing for students and faculty who are associated with the Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley Campus. A Costco is just down the street, which many residents take advantage of for their shopping. Reviewers disapprove of other tenants and maintenance's slow response to repair orders. The Legends Outlet Mall is no more than 7 miles and is a great place to shop and grab a bite to eat. Rooms offer a comfortable living space and upgraded amenities.
