Review for Berkshire Village Townhouses Apartments

These are homes that you buy into thru a co-op membership. You are responsible for inside. Painting, etc. They do the repair, upkeep, etc. for range, water heater, furnace, air conditioning, electrical. I like it here. The 2nd night I was here someone tried to steal my car. Couldn't get in so they took my wheels and new tires. I'm getting an alarm system. Other wise I like my neighbors and the complex. We have full basements a little yard and a patio.
