I had a horrible experience with Brookstone. When I moved in I was told the carpet would be replaced. It was not. The management was VERY rude & I was treated like a child by them. Outside lights did not work 90%of the time & neighborhood is scary. Maintenance is horrible. Maybe it is better now.
