Review for Waterstone Apartments

I would definately recommend not moving here. They claim that they have new management and that things are better but in fact they have gotten worse!! The claims that are made are that they are a gated locked community. The gate only works about 10% of the time. They will go months without working and then they will be fixed for 1 to 2 days at a time. They also claim that all of the outside doors of their buildings are locked. Our outside door broke and they replaced it with a non locking door and has been left there for months. Also they claim that they have 2 pools. Well... only for about 1/4 of the summer. Most of the time they are locked and not usable and are not well kept. They are green and dirty!! When maintenance is needed they will get to you when they feel like. example... when called at 11 am in the middle of the week about the heat not working the office staff did not answer the phone. When went to office she claimed that she wasnt answering the phone that day and that she was paying the bills. They will let ANYONE move in as long as they keep their buildings filled. Definately moving out in 30 days. Do not fall for their claims of being an well kept community. They honestly do not care about their tenants or their needs. BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!
