Review for Apple Lane Apartments

I've been here for a couple of months now and these studio apartments are really good value for money, even if they are a little on the small side. For 1 person or possibly even a young couple, they are ideal if money is a bit tight.

The apartment manager is really friendly and the maintenance guy lives on site and is really friendly too.

The location of these apartments is fantastic, a really nice area close to a golf course. They are also close to the University campus and a strip mall that has one of the best Chinese takeaways that I've ever been to!

Even though all the students are now back at the University, it is still pretty quiet around here. All in all, I'm so glad that we settled here - I have read reviews on some of the other apartments in this area and they just don't sound that good at all.

My only proviso is that there were a couple of very minor things that needed repairing in the apartment - but the maintenance guy still hasn't been round yet. Granted he's been extremely busy getting other apartments ready for the new University student arrivals. Luckily the problems are very minor.
