Review for Sundance Apartments

I moved in here with 3 other girls on the top floor w/ vaulted ceilings. Even though there were only two bathrooms we had a blast together. The kitchen was very accessible and connected to the living room so we could serve drinks over the counter. There are many parties in this area and you can see that by the beer bottles the next day...although I have to say that maintaince is VERY good about keeping it clean. I have to also admit that during my time there, a man was shot and killed in the apartment directly below mine. That was very scary but at no other time was I worried about my well-being. Parking was easy for me because I had covered parking.
