Review for Vintage Management Apartments

While Vintage Management has several properties and some of the ratings above might not reflect all of these properties, my dealings with Vintage Management have been less than positive. Maintenance has been a nightmare. Not only has the company flat out refused to fix some problems, but they have drug their fit in fixing what they have repaired (including fixing a lock on the back door, which eventually we fixed in ourselves in order to assure out security). Also, the company has invented maintenance charges when repairing the property--charges that are not covered in the lease. We have always payed our rent on time and have done more things to improve the property than the management company ever has. Vintage Management loves to collect our rent, but does not wish to keep us their end of the bargin.
