Review for Vintage Management Apartments

The unit was FILTHY upon move-in. Maintenance requests were made at this time that have STILL not been taken care of. Vintage Management does not fulfill its obligations to its tenants. BY FAR--The worst management company I have EVER dealt with. Save yourself many headaches and hundreds of dollars worth of fees not specified in the lease by NOT renting from Vintage Management. I might feel safe in this house, since it is in a pretty nice neighborhood, IF Vintage Management would provide a functioning lock on each door. There is enough parking for two cars in the driveway if you can make it over the ravine you have to cross at the bottom of the driveway due to unchecked erosion caused by many years of neglect. Vintage Management lucked out on the appearance of the property. Whoever owned it originally had done some landscaping that has not completely dissinegrated, no thanks to any lawn care provided by Vintage. The management and office staff...Dismissive, unhelpful, stubborn--condition of property and attitude of tenants is reflective of Vintage Management staff. Maintenance--I can't imagine it could be worse. I will NEVER rent from Vintage Management again and will try to warn everyone I know and those I don't to avoid Vintage Management as well.
