This apartment is quiet and out of the way. There are none of the usual college parties like there are at other apartment complexes in Lawrence. The two bedroom is large for the price and they do have washer and dryer hook ups and storage areas. When we moved in we too had a spider problem (which scared the crap out of my husband and I). We found that the sliding glass doors and windows were not sealed so we sealed them ourselves and then asked maintance to come spray. After that the problem was resolved. Our bathroom was in bad shape when we moved in but they fixed everything the first week that we were here. Our management has been nice. <P>
