This could be a great place to live, unfortunately the manager is terrible. Very rude, condescending, and not at all quick to help. Maintenance is nice, but not efficient at all. Things take a long time to get fixed and are usually not fixed correctly. THe apt itself is nice, but won't stay that way under the current manager.

If you need something fixed expect about a week to get it fixed. AND the lawn looks like a jungle, even after it was just mowed! my toliot stoped working Thursday, and it is now tuesday afternoon. and no fixed toliot. the guy that fixies everything was next door yesterday changing doors out. I guess doors are more important!!!!!! <P>
