Review for Country Meadows Apartments

At country meadows the staff used to be good but a new manager has taken over and her assistant. now you would be lucky to meet then as they are never in the office and allways at each others houses or off property on dates. if you are lucky enough to meet one of them be prepared to meet a very cold and rude person. nobody at the community likes her and she doesent know how to manage a property. the units are nice but made from cheap materials so the property is going to get old fast. if you have a maintenance problem....good luck.....they just fired an excellent maintenance man who was allways on sight and very prompt. they have no maintenance man now, because he knew too much about what was going on in the office. if you spend one day on property you will see what i mean. management frequently brakes the fair housing rules by pushing people they like up the waiting list and pushing back people they dont. the property has strict rules and regs but rarely inforced, just note the dog poo on the lawn and the trash on the back pourch, the cars being worked on in the parking lot and the constant police calls for domestic violence and noise complaints. hope you dont like your privacey, cause your neighbors are all in your bussiness and like to spread rumors about residents whither you keep to yourself or not. if you drive through the property be careful, there are many unattended children walking out in traffic constantly.
