Review for Country Meadows Apartments

I decided to write a review here to give a more accurate depiction of what really is going on here. The other reviewers seem to be angry people who were probably able to get away with whatever they wanted prior to the current management team coming in and enforcing the rules. I have lived out here since 2005 and have seen the turn over in management twice. The last manager was nice enough, but that was the extent of his benefit at this complex. He would claim things were being taken care of, only to do nothing. The current management team have always been nice and professional whenever I've needed anything. The "known drug dealer with the camera outside the door" that was mentioned in previous reviews was gone soon after the new management took over. As well as other known "troublemakers". I have seen things start to turn around and have felt safer in the last 6 months than I have in the year prior. The last maintenance person was known as "Dirty D" and was always creeping out the female residents whenever he was around. I was always afraid to have him in my apartment. The current maintenance person is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have always had my work orders completed immediately and they are always done right. The walls are typical for any apartment complex. We DO live in APARTMENTS. You are bound to hear your neighbors once in awhile. Overall, this place is getting better and better and I'm happy to live here under the current management.
