Review for Country Meadows Apartments

This apartment complex has a bad reputation already and it hasn't been in Manhattan for long. Now that's pretty sad. There is always someone there getting arrested for something or another. Fights breaking out, cops are alway patrolling the complex, unruley kids, etc.... This complex is a welcome place for convicted felons, druggies, dealers, etc.... The list goes on and on. The person in a previous review had called a previous maintenance person "Dirty D" and said people were scared to be alone with him. That maintenance person was and is a VERY NICE guy. He joked around with EVERYONE and was always very polite to everyone. As for the drug dealers that had the camera outside their front door, they were not out right away after this now manager started. It even took the new manager a while to get them out. The cops were ALWAYS at that apartment, to many times to count. So u can't pat this so called new manager on the back for getting them out. There are soooooo many people that will tell you that the manager and her assistant are never there in the office. The office tells you to leave a message on their machine and they will call u back, but that's a dang joke there cause it never happens. This complex is so full of freakin gossip it isn't funny and numerous back stabbers (includes some ppl that work for the complex also). If you think a neighbor is your friend, just try telling them something personal and i guarantee you that it'll be around the complex within the hour. If you live there now, my best advise is to keep to yourselfs and get out of there as soon as possible.
