Review for Evergreen Apartments

First off dont live here unless you are very very desperate. They have big time bug problems because its next to a swampy creek.. The manager is very mean and doesnt want to help at all. She is a white female with bleached blond hair and has two kids to two different guys, so I guess thats probably why she doesnt want to help you with any problems you might have. I have complained about bugs, smoke, noise and no parking plenty of times and all the manager said was $hi^ happens. Wow. I was so nice and tried my best to get them to fix the whole in my ceiling and they still denied me. Manager is really weird and has a lot of mental problems so your pretty much on your own "if" or should I say "when" you run into your problems living there.
