Rented: From 2008 To 2009

Capstone Mgmt is terrible. They never answered their office phone, they didn't clean at all before we moved in, WE had to do it. Their maintenance was a joke. I emailed them over 5 times to make sure they sent me my deposit check and after they said they would they STILL sent it to the wrong person. They do not care about their tenants and they screwed us over. If you want to enjoy renting, do not rent from Capstone.
