Lets just say this.... When i first moved in I was kinda amazed... Only because they moved me from a single studio to a one bedroom because the first unit flooded a day before moving....Didnt even take a look at the place... but its ok. Next I met the neighbor upstairs. Was laid off work and up all hours of the night stomping on the ground and yelling to himself. He would leave his door open all night and let all the other neighbors hear his commotion. So I bit my lip...so one day I woke up to no hot water before I had to attend a class... so I walked into the laundry room, were they have a SHARED WATER HEATER! cool... no biggie... but can hear the pipes rattling because I lived in the basement of this complex... So the maintenance man traced it to the guy upstairs... The police and everthing had to come open up his door because he stroked out and left the hot water running...Hot water that was very slim thanks to it being shared.. I felt bad.. But still. This interrupts why i moved to this town of Mission KS in the first place. So now I moved.. And I have been waiting for my deposit money back... Its been a month.. no call. nothing.. So i called them. To put it short they had a lady messanging to another lady that had a office 2 ft away telling me that there was "smoke damage".... "Well when i showed up there was hand prints on the wall" And here I am... Shampooing my own carpets, Fixing the Dish washer and Dealing with parking issues with a neighbor THAT LIVED IN THE COMPLEX ACROSS THE STREET! " So now I am only getting $90 back!!! out of $375 cash... they have to hold my money for over a month... then tell me I have smoke damage and that i am only going to get $90 back? They said that they had to paint it!??? for over $200!!!!!!??? Never again... I bit my lip through most of this because I thought this was just because I lived so close to downtown. Just ask the guy that used to live in 202 5915 reeds.. His basement flooded and about had to fight a maintenance man. A fine example of what kind of crummy professionalism we are dealing with.
