Apartment Reviews for Silverwood Apartments - Mission

We have lived here for approx. 3 years now and have been happy with our apartment. Our neighbors are very quiet and the only place we can hear them is a little bit in the bathroom. Our apartment is in the back and faces the woods where there is a little park with a walking track. The Silverwood Apartment office staff has always been very friendly and we have always been treated fairly. Maintenance occasionally is a bit slow but they must be quite busy caring for such a very large complex. Also they probably do the maintenace emergencies first. Parking can sometimes be crowded but we can usually find a space close to our apartment. Assigned covered parking is also available for a monthly fee but I think you sometimes have to be on a waiting list to get a space close to your apartment. You must remember that these are apartments and like any complex there are sometimes problems. In our case, however, we have liked living here and we have made it our home. Please tell the leasing agent that the Otero's sent you. Thank you.
