Apartment Review for The Falls

The two major issues I have is my neighbor who plays his band instruments all day and night long, and the roach problems. Ive never had a break in with my car, or I rarely see people on my floor and when I do they all speak cordially, but I dont think I would renew my lease. I have never heard or seen any shootings, drugs, or prostitutes like others have posted, if I had I would call the police, I have no idea why they havent. But this place does have issues, but what apartment complex doesnt?
