Apartment Review for The Falls

Please do your research before choosing this complex! Utilities are not included. They tell you that you get up to $75 a month towards utilities. I lived there three months and had to pay utilities every month. One month I had to pay over $200 extra for utilities. And, I had a studio apartment! The grounds and buildings are dirty, unkept, and smell horrible. The staff is friendly until you sign a lease and then they have no use for you. If you walk by, they don't even look at you let alone say a friendly greeting. They will say whatever they need to say to get you to sign the dotted line. They lied to us and treated us horribly. We had a 15 month lease and were only there for 3 months because we were so miserable. We not only lost our deposit, we also had to pay over $1200 to get out of the lease. I've rented for over 20 years and have never had such a negative experience.
