My apartment is nice, the office people are nice and I don't ever need maintenance so they must be doing something right. It seems like everyone who posts things on here are just mad b/c they paid late or something. Well, pay your rent on time and you won't get charged late fees, duh! The Falls have a fitness center, computer area, a big screen t.v to use, free coffee (that is out a lot b/c people steal it) and a hot tub, there is always something to do and all the people I met that live here are really sweet too. People need to realize they are RENTING an apartment not buying a house and lighten up!

I have lived in my home for a little over a year. I feel safe, my car has never been broken into, the office is nice, if something is broke-it gets fixed, my neighbors are noisey but we live in an apartment. I like it here and I WOULD recommend it. <P>
They suck. Pretty on the outside, but johnson county people are anything but cordial.
