Apartment Reviews for Jefferson Place Apartments - Olathe

i don't know what these people are talking about, i haven't seen any crime and i am here all the time. the noise?what noise?this place is safe, comfortable, convenient.there are stores and the theater is right down the block, with plazas all over.if i could hear all these silly fraudulent complaints, well, that would be a lot of noise! they have a place to fish!what apt. complex has a place to fish?not many i presume from past experience. this by far, has been one of the best places to live and is just a short commute to kansas city. yes...kansas city!where the royals stadium is? u know,right?the staff, is quite courteous, kind, sweet and efficient whenever i have a problem.like i would have a problem here anyways, i think not.i read one comment that said their were bums here? where?where are the bums?i don't see bums?i look out my window and i see no bums.where r they?can u direct me to these bums?show me bums here.i rest my case. now back to the staff. they have went out of their way to help me with such an astonishing move in packet, that i never received anywhere else. when has anyone received move in gifts like this? when, please tell me?i want to know. i got laundry detergent for my clothes and this stuff to make your apartment smell clean and refreshing. i like refreshing. dont u like refreshing? doesn't everyone like refreshing? the staff are informative on the area and tell me where i can have a good time and if they don't know the answer to a good time they find it. i like to have a good time. doesn't everyone like to have a good time? well, this would be a good area to have a good time. it is not like u r in some remote area where u have to drive 1,091,993 miles and 7 feet to get to a gas station. the gas station is right up the block and he is nice too and answers questions too and tells me where i can have a good time too. the management here at jefferson apartments is like what tony the tiger says, "grrrrreat". they know exactly, if any, problems that may occur when it comes to maintenance, because that is their expertise, maintenance.can u fix a toilet?they can.can u fix a sink?they can.can u fix anything? they probably can.the price, is great, i cant think of getting this kind of great service alone for that price. can u? can you find great service and accommodations like this, like the day room with a big tv for your pleasure by the main office?can u? tell me, where? where do i find this?i know i know, jefferson place apartments, because that is the answer.u all complain too much, way too much. be happy u r alive and breathing and that there are fish in that water for u to fish in and a pool to swim in when it gets hot outside when and a soothing hot tub too!!! parking is great! the lines for each spot is very white and i can see it and i dont park my car over it because it is so white.their is plenty of parking for everyone.stop complaining about the little things in life and be proud of what u have accomplished by living at jefferson place apartments.geesh!-resident and proud of it, r u?
