Apartment Review for Pinecrest Townhomes

I lived in Pinecrest for over 2 years. The last 6 months my experience there was spent with standing water in my kitchen. Maintence would not respond to our request for repairs. By the time they responded the drywall was so stained, floors destroyed and mildew smell everywhere. Once fixed the problem came back and slow response occured again. Once out, they screwed us on our deposit. Our neighbors home flooded everytime we had a heavy rain. If you going to spend your money on rent, Don't spend it here.
