Apartment Review for The Marquis Ot Lakeside

I have lived here for almost 2 years. When we first moved in, it was very pleasant. Over time, the office staff has changed(which is fine if they weren't so unhelpful). The office staff they have right now is beyond snobby. They are very fake! Its like they are doing you a huge favor by answering a question. My carpeting is disgusting. There is NEVER parking. The walls are paper thin. I know when any of my neighbors are home. I am pretty sure one of my neighbors is a drug dealer and a prostitute! She has men leaving at all hours of the day that look questionable. I had a maintanence request. It was finally taken care of. Unfortunatly, it wasn't done correctly. I have given up. I also heard from a previous resident that when it comes time to get your deposit back, good luck. The prior company sold it to the current company. From what I have been told the office staff tells you to call this company to get yor deposit back. Which I could understand, if I worked here!! I am moving out at the 2 year mark. Thank goodness!!! I have been extremly dissappointed by how this complex has gone down hill!!!! <P>
