Review for The Preserves Apartments

When we first rented from this apartment complex we loved it. At first glance the apartments appear very nice as well as their staff. After living here for over a year we realized how wrong we were. Not only do the windows not keep out cold air in the winter and hot air in the summer, but some apartments have experienced a cockroach problem, to name a few. The most disgruntling aspect of this place is the Management. They seem to find these people off the streets. They not only do not look respectable but once they open their mouths you will find that they are not respectable. Once you sign a lease here they will not care one bit about you, or your wants or needs. We were even looking to upgrading to a bigger 3 bedroom apartment and they promised it to us then leased it out from under us. When we wanted an explanation they were rude as could be. You would think once you spoke to the manger he would have more of an appropriate explanation but he was just as rude and didn't offer any solution or apology. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE. PLEASE PASS THIS ON THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER PLACES OUT THERE. AMILI RIGHT BEHIND THEM IS NICER AND CHEAPER!!
