Review for Amli At Highland Ridge Apartments

I've have now lived in Highland Ridge for 3 years and have had repair problems the entire time. When I moved in there were no screens on the windows and there still aren't any although I've asked for them. I have continual flooding in my apartment from apartments above me as well as everytime it rains. In particular I have rain coming in through the bedroom walls and window. I've asked for it to be repaired about 15 times now, and it still hasn't after 3 years. It is so bad that the wood is rotting around the windows and there is black mold around the frame. I'm pretty sure the walls are also filled with mold. I've recently submitted a list of repairs to my apartment so I don't have to pay for them when I move out, but none of them have been completed. Usually the leasing agents completely forget to tell the maitenance crew about requested repairs. You have to be friends with the maitenance crew to get any work done. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS FOR YOU OWN HEALTH.

Also they offer you a great deal on your rent the first year, but every year after that they will severly increase your rent. If you choose to live here don't do like me and stay past the first year.
