Apartment Review for Fox Run Apartments

I have lived in at least a dozen apartments in my life. This one rates on top. With more square feet, similar amenities, and excellent location, it is the best kept secret in Kansas City.
With rent concessions I pay $420/Mo for a one bedroom with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, fireplace, large deck, and walk-in closet.

The only disadvantage is that it is an older development and therefore has an aged decor. Maintenance and service however has been superb! Plumbing, repairs and extermination was promptly handled within 24 hrs at my convenience. Management personnel are friendly and courteous.

I had much less at AMLI Regents Center also located in Johnson County for $775/Mo. The only difference was I had a washer/dryer in the unit and a garage. They were not worth the difference.

Fox Run has carports available for less per month although they are rather narrow, they are sufficient.

The community is safe and offers many services. Good schools and religious centers nearby.

I had one altercation with another young resident about noise but it resolved respectfully and I now enjoy quality apartment life at Fox Run.
