Apartment Reviews for Rent Source - Shawnee Mission

We have been searching for a house for about 3 months and were becoming very discouraged but staying far away from rent source b/c of all the bad reports we had found about what a scam it is. Finally as a last resort and against what he wanted to di I said I'm going to Rent Source to try them out. We had spent way more than the $85 in app fees just to be turned down b/c of past mistakes and this was by places that we didn't really even like, just started to settle thinking that our early 20's live and learn period had screwed up a lot more than what we thought. So what was another $85 if we actually found a home after paying hundreds on app fees here and there. Now 15 days later I'm am taking a break from packing, on our way to a beautiful home that surprisingly was right in our price range and personally owned, to write a good review. Most of these places we found through rent source were not advertising with signs or anything b/c really who want's them all over there neighborhood. Point being we never would have found them. Are they a magic company that snaps there fingers and you have a home, of course not. You actually have to do some research, driving around and talking to owners to have a good experiance so it's a great company for those of us who don't expect to be handed everything in life. With reasonable rent and ammenities expectations and of course searching at the right time of year (summer is usually best FYI) Rent Source is absolutely worth the one time $85. No I am not an employee talking them up for sales I am a proud renter of a beautiful 3 bedroom home with a huge fenced in back yard and attached garage in an very nice and quiet neighborhood for only $825/month!
