Apartment Reviews for Sheridan Ridge - Shawnee Mission

I currently reside at Sheridan Ridge Townhomes and if I knew the things I knew about them now I would never have signed a lease with them. I have had nothing but problems with them and when you talk to the office they never get resolution. For example parking is terrible, they tell you it is fortennant parking only but I still end up parking out on the street everynight because they do not enforce tennant parking. Then I ended up needing maintenance ome out and it took them several months before they did anything, by the time they got around to it my husband had fixed it. This place is terrible, I would not rent from them.
