Sedona Point Revisited

Only reason I give it a 1 is that there are no negative values to click. They recently changed their name in order to wipe out the horrendous reputation of the property formerly known as Sedona Point. Changed management and I think has new owners as well.
#1. Security: NONE - they even removed door chains, nothing but a dead-bolt mounted on a door that's been broke into so many times that the wood is in splinters.
#2. Parking: the drive and parking spaces are laid out like a drunken sailor weaved through here with a cement truck... an accident waiting to happen.
#3. Appearance / Upkeep: compared to what... Cabrini Green??? I will give the new owners credit for trying to make it look better from the outside, but it is an unfortunate facade to what lies inside. This place should be demolished.
#4. Management and Office Staff: Unprofessional, unfriendly, unbelievable! Office manager is Hope-less. Saw a review on a different website which referred to her as a gorilla. I don't appreciate racial slurs but she actually does have the personality of a gorilla. You know that cold, pensive stare that tells you nobody home but you better not turn your back on the beast...
#5. Maintenance: I think the average 10 year old has a better concept of how things work and has the common decency to not leave a trail of filth behind themselves. Also, it would be nice if any of them communicated in English.
#6. Condition of Unit: 40+ years of neglect. I think new owner has good intentions but it's too little, too late.
#7. Noise Level: What??? HUH??? I can't hear myself think!!!
#8. Overall Rating: OUTRAGEOUS! I've been sick since I moved in here, partly from disgust and partly from God knows what's in the vents, the mold growing in the closets, or the plumbing that backs up regularly.
#9. Recommendation: DUH!
