Review for Eaglerock Village Apartments

Overall my experience here has been nothing short of painful. The renters are second priority when it comes to satisfaction. Be warned, they raise your rent EVERY YEAR you live here and offer no incentive to stay. Maintenance typically comes when called, but they jerry-rig everything, so you usually have to call multiple times throughout the lease. The A.C. units are old, the windows constantly leak air, parties continually occur on the weekend, the sauna doesn't work most of the time, the "gym" consists of three pieces of equipment and is not properly air conditioned, the balcony's are unstable and look as though they are about to collapse at any time, they do not remove snow from the sidewalks or steps except around the main office (go figure), and the manager is truly incompetent. They continually remind you that everything here is FREE. Even a slightly educated person knows that NOTHING is technically free, they simply do not include "carport" as a line item on your rent so it creates this grand illusion that everything is "free." This should give you a taste of Eaglerock Village. Sadly, this is only the tip of the iceberg of complaints.

Oh and I almost forgot to mention... recently one of the maintenance men copied a handful of apartment keys and was entering people's apartments when they weren't home taking stuff. Even worse... management did not inform the renters of this. They just waited for the renters to call and report stuff missing.
