Quite a few Law Enforcement reside here (they bring their squad cars home) which ups the safety rating. Regular landscaping and use of very noisy leaf blowers to clean the walkways, but still can't avoid the all too common pet droppings which is due to dirty and lazy neighbors (you cant pick your neighbors, can you?) and not the apt. complex. Only drawback is the buildings are not sound insulated, if you live beneath anyone you can hear every footstep, cough, TV, and adult activity, but I rent not own so I have learned to accept moderate noise. Dont have a need to visit the leasing office except to pay my rent so I dont care if the staff is friendly or not. Pool is clean and fitness center although small is clean and always accesible with a code.
Will renew my lease and invest in some ear plugs.
